Role Purpose

The Workplace Experience Ambassador team is responsible for the internal and external visitor experience, ensuring high standards of engagement through front-of-house and meeting & event services. The role involves presentation, administration, and delivery of meeting and event services across various settings. Ambassadors must be customer-focused, security-aware, and familiar with onsite emergency procedures.

What This Job Involves

  1. Take ownership of the visitor experience to ensure positive interactions.
  2. Deliver core front of house services such as sign-in, badging, luggage, lost and found, and deliveries.
  3. Manage telephone, email, and other queries at front of house.
  4. Greet and assist visitors, candidates, new hires, and the public.
  5. Stay aware of onsite events to personalize visitor experiences.
  6. Maintain presentation standards in front of house and meeting areas.
  7. Set up meeting and event spaces, adhering to safety guidelines.
  8. Monitor meeting environments, including furniture, signage, and equipment.
  9. Update booking systems for meeting rooms efficiently.
  10. Be knowledgeable about local area services to assist visitors.
  11. Coordinate with security and janitorial teams for meetings and events.
  12. Respond promptly and accurately to meeting and event inquiries.
  13. Work flexibly across different settings as part of the team.
  14. Manage room booking displays and support space audits.
  15. Assist with other facilities services like mail, courier, and site inspections.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in reception, concierge, or related fields.
  • Catering or hospitality experience is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle diverse demands.
  • Experience in a high-profile corporate environment.
  • Facilities Management experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and the local language.
  • Strong PC skills and system management experience.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, confident communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and team spirit.
