Rapport Guest Services is recruiting a Corporate Receptionist to join a dynamic team delivering standout guest experiences across seven reception areas spanning four buildings in London. The role offers variety with regular rotation and a part-time schedule.

You will be the welcoming face of the business, greeting guests, registering them, handling calls, and ensuring a polished, professional visit while supporting facilities and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house or reception experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service with ability to build rapport.
• Strong English communication and time-management skills.

You’ll be part of a passionate, high‑performing team committed to delivering memorable experiences for guests, clients and colleagues alike.

Type of contract: Part-time, Permanent

Hours: 24 per week (Monday-Thursday, 10 AM and 2 PM and Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

Salary: £20,019 per annum

Start date: 30th of November 2026

Main Responsibilities

Although role content may vary, the main responsibilities within these roles are:

• Provide reception and floor management support across multiple London locations.
• Welcome, meet and register guests at the main reception, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
• Manage internal and external calls in a timely, polished manner.
• Respond proactively to guest requests with efficiency, friendliness and professionalism.
• Report facility and safety issues and follow all service, health and safety standards consistently.

• Ideally bring relevant front‑of‑house experience ideally from a luxury hotel, premium airline or corporate reception environment.

• Communicate with confidence demonstrating strong verbal and written English and excellent time management.
