Job Introduction
We are looking for a friendly and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for visitors and staff at one of our Rapport client's offices in Manchester.
As a Corporate Receptionist, you will manage the reception area, handle incoming calls and visitor enquiries, coordinate meeting room bookings, and provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and people skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy office setting.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and maintaining a welcoming and professional front-of-house environment. Working closely with Hospitality team when supporting events.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a professional corporate environment.
Type of contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 35 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 8:30 AM and 5 PM with occasional support with events will be required, so occasional finish at 9 PM)
Salary: £25,941 per annum
