Rapport Guest Services is recruiting a Guest Services Ambassador for our Central London operation. You will welcome guests warmly, manage arrivals and inquiries, and build strong relationships with guests and stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.

The role is full-time (40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 7am–7pm), based in Central London, with a salary of £34,000 per year. You will join a team that delivers high-end guest experiences and opportunities for development within a premium environment.

• Look for new and creative ways to continually improve the guest experience.

We are excited to be recruiting a Guest Services Ambassador for an exciting new Rapport client based in Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand-new operation and be part of creating an exceptional guest experience from the very beginning. As one of the faces of the business, you’ll provide a warm, professional and personalised welcome to every guest, ensuring their experience is seamless from the moment they arrive.

You’ll work as part of a brilliant team, building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and guests while always looking for those little opportunities to go above and beyond.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, shift rota between 7am and 7pm)

Salary: £34,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will
