Join our dynamic Rapport team of two as a Corporate Receptionist at a prestigious client site in Sloane Square!

Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; 8 AM - 6 PM based on a shift rota)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create a professional client experience that meets customer needs
  • Ensure facilities are operational and service delivery is consistent
  • Stay updated on business activities and communicate changes promptly
  • Organise your work efficiently for timely service delivery
  • Build strong relationships with all departments for seamless service
  • Communicate accurately and attentively with peers and management
  • Follow and document all health and safety procedures
