Job Title: Corporate Receptionist

Location: London | Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Role

As a Corporate Receptionist at JLL, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, creating a professional and inviting environment in our corporate lobbies. Your role involves engaging with a diverse range of individuals, from high-level executives to clients, ensuring their experience reflects JLL's commitment to excellence. This position offers a dynamic setting with daily opportunities to showcase your interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and direct visitors, employees, and clients professionally and warmly.
  2. Manage visitor check-in processes, including issuing badges and notifying staff of arrivals.
  3. Assist with internal and external bookings, maintaining full responsibility for meeting rooms.
  4. Ensure all meeting rooms, services, VC, facilities, and public areas meet quality standards.
  5. Facilitate room set-ups, including moving furniture as needed.
  6. Monitor room status, support internal rooms, and prepare rooms for upcoming bookings.
  7. Provide information on facilities, arrange viewings, and accompany clients during tours.
  8. Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries courteously and efficiently.
  9. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe reception area.
  10. Coordinate with security to adhere to safety protocols.
  11. Assist with basic administrative tasks as required.
  12. Innovate to enhance the visitor experience.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a Corporate or 5-star Hotel Reception environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Excellent customer service and networking skills.
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and use initiative.
  • Team player with multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Flexible approach to departmental needs.
