This leading firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to support the continued success of its national corporate team. The role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement, expand training and development initiatives, conduct research on legislative changes, capture and share best practice resources, and strengthen the firm's national reputation in the corporate sector to attract and retain clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' PQE as a qualified Solicitor or hold an equivalent legal qualification. An extremely strong background in corporate law and the corporate sector is essential, along with proven experience in one or more of the following areas: private equity, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and corporate restructuring. You should be proactive, with a strong enthusiasm for innovation, technology, and shaping the future of legal service delivery.
