Job summary

eNL is seeking a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) with 5+ PQE to support the national corporate team from Birmingham. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, research on legislative changes, and sharing best practices to strengthen the firm's national reputation.

You will work proactively on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and restructurings, participate in training initiatives, and enjoy a competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Knowledge Lawyer to support the successful corporate team of this top 50 UK Law firm, with an excellent salary and benefits package on offer.

The Role

This leading firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to support the continued success of its national corporate team. The role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement, expand training and development initiatives, conduct research on legislative changes, capture and share best practice resources, and strengthen the firm's national reputation in the corporate sector to attract and retain clients.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' PQE as a qualified Solicitor or hold an equivalent legal qualification. An extremely strong background in corporate law and the corporate sector is essential, along with proven experience in one or more of the following areas: private equity, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and corporate restructuring. You should be proactive, with a strong enthusiasm for innovation, technology, and shaping the future of legal service delivery.
