Aon Corporate Risk is seeking an Insurance Client Manager (Account Executive) to manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients from our Birmingham office with a hybrid home/office working model.

You will deliver tailored insurance solutions, work with insurers and clients, identify growth opportunities, and provide excellent service across the insurance lifecycle in sectors including real estate, public sector, and retail.

Competenze

• Experience within the commercial corporate insurance market, with strong client relationship management capability.
• Exposure to handling complex corporate risks (global exposure desirable).
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of market dynamics and business drivers.
• Proven track record in sales, fee negotiation and influencing stakeholders.
• Confident communicator and presenter.
• Client-focused with a consultative approach and commitment to delivering excellent service.

• Handle the service provided to clients by Aon Commercial Insurance and third-party providers.
• Ensure the highest level of service to each assigned client, aligned to agreed client service tools.
• Identify opportunities to introduce Aon's broader products and services to meet client needs.
• Understand and communicate each client's business challenges to internal teams.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability across your client portfolio, including meeting annual targets.
• Work in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and ensure compliance with all policies, including participation in mandatory risk and compliance training.
