Aon Corporate Risk is seeking an Insurance Client Manager (Account Executive) to manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients from our Birmingham office with a hybrid home/office working model.

You will deliver tailored insurance solutions, work with insurers and clients, identify growth opportunities, and provide excellent service across the insurance lifecycle in sectors including real estate, public sector, and retail.

As a Client Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and developing a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions that support their business objectives. Working closely with colleagues, insurers and clients, you'll help retain and grow client relationships while ensuring a high standard of service throughout the insurance lifecycle.

What the day will look like

Aon Corporate provides risk solutions to businesses across a wide range of sectors within the UK. Typically, clients are national or multinational organisations, where CEOs and CFOs are looking for a trusted local broker who can deliver a tailored, strategic approach.

Our clients often require bespoke insurance programmes, alongside broader risk management and risk transfer solutions. As well as acting as broker, the Corporate team provides claims support and risk management advice across multiple industries, with particular focus on real estate, public sector, food and drink, and retail and wholesale.

The Client Manager is the key contact between the client and Aon's Commercial Insurance business, responsible for coordinating and delivering a high-quality service through specialist teams and resources.
