Job summary

Ward Security in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Front of House Security Officer for a prestigious, brand-new landmark building. You will be the first contact for tenants, visitors and contractors, delivering a welcoming security presence and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include managing access control, reporting incidents, de-escalating situations and maintaining a professional appearance. A valid SIA licence and a 5-year employment history are required.

Qualifications

• A valid SIA Licence.
• Experience in corporate security or similar.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming security presence throughout the building.
• Act as a key point of contact for tenants, visitors and staff.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction.
• Handle complaints calmly and professionally and escalate when needed.
• Carry out ID and access-control checks per site procedures.
• Report incidents clearly and promptly and complete incident reports.
