Corporate Associate/Senior Associate | Hybrid | Stockport

An exciting opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join this firms team in Stockport. You’ll handle high-value matters with a strong degree of autonomy, working alongside a supportive team of colleagues. The role centres on leading buy- and sell-side M&A, private equity and investment transactions, as well as advising on shareholder agreements, group restructures and corporate governance.

Client relationships are at the heart of the position, and you’ll be expected to build and maintain long‑term relationships through excellent communication and high‑quality service. You’ll also play an active part in growing the business, generating fee income, keeping effective control of time recording, work in progress, billing and cash collection against agreed targets, and getting involved in networking, developing new client relationships and attending business development events.
