Job summary

Gallagher is hiring an Account Handler to manage day-to-day insurance requirements for a portfolio of medium-sized direct clients in Chichester. You will work with Client Directors, insurers and colleagues across Gallagher’s Real Estate team to provide a proactive, accurate and responsive service.

The role requires proven experience in commercial insurance, renewals, and mid-term adjustments, along with strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commercial insurance Account Handler or similar client-servicing role.
• Proven experience managing the insurance needs of medium-sized direct clients, including renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Renewal Processing: manage renewal for portfolio of medium-sized direct clients from initial review to completion.
• Mid Term Adjustments: take full responsibility for mid-term changes and produce accurate documentation.
• For all processes: build strong client relationships and ensure accurate record-keeping.
