Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a versatile 1:1 Tutor to provide tailored educational support in Wrexham. The role suits a teacher or experienced tutor who can deliver support across core subjects and adapt lessons to individual learners’ needs.

You will provide personalised tuition, plan and deliver engaging lessons, identify gaps, adapt strategies, and record progress. Flexible 5–15 hours weekly, starting September 2026, with ongoing duration.

Qualifications

• Previous experience tutoring or teaching children/young people.
• Strong knowledge of core curriculum subjects.
• Experience delivering 1:1 support is beneficial.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Two professional references relating to working with children.
