Job summary

The Core Services Manager in Coventry will lead the planning, delivery and development of the Core service, ensuring contractual targets and quality standards are met while focusing on client needs and organisational priorities.

Working with Operations Manager, Team Leaders, Core Coordinator, Volunteer Coordinator and Quality Manager, you will coordinate teams, manage budgets, and ensure accessible, well-coordinated and safe service delivery. Hybrid working is offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, delivery and development of the Core service.
• Ensure services meet contractual targets, outcomes and quality standards.
• Manage budgets and resources; maintain partnerships.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager, Team Leaders, Core Coordinator, Volunteer Coordinator and Quality Manager to ensure accessibility, well-coordinated and safe delivery.
