Job summary

Coventry City Council Adult Social Care seeks an experienced Service Manager to join its leadership team on an initial three-month contract. Based in Coventry with hybrid working, you will lead designated service areas and support managers and practitioners to deliver strengths-based, person-centred services.

You will use performance data to drive improvements, promote accountability and ensure safe, responsive services for Coventry residents, across Learning Disability, Community Mental Health
