Job summary

TalentHawk is seeking an experienced Copilot Training Contractor to embed Microsoft 365 Copilot usage and build confidence across the organization from London. You will design practical learning that moves users from awareness to sustained adoption through workshops, coaching, and measurable feedback.

Qualifications

• Deep working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and its productivity applications.
• Proven track record designing digital learning, technology adoption, or change enablement initiatives.
• Excellent presentation skills across live, virtual, and blended formats; translate features into business use cases.
• Solid understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and human oversight.
• Ability to create high-quality job aids quickly and adapt content as Copilot evolves.

Responsibilities

• Training & Content Creation: Develop and execute a Copilot training plan mapped to business priorities.
• Interactive Facilitation: Run hands-on sessions and clinics (virtual and in-person).
• Network & Community: Support the internal Champion Network to share use cases and troubleshoot.
• Governance & Responsible AI: Translate features into simple guidance; ensure compliance with policies.
• Adoption & Stakeholder Engagement: Gather feedback and collaborate with HR, IT, and business leads.
