Job summary

Eolas Recruitment is seeking a Microsoft Copilot IT Trainer on a contract basis to support a large-scale technology adoption programme. You will design and deliver engaging Copilot and AI-focused learning to a varied user base.

The role requires 3+ years in IT training, strong virtual delivery, and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Generative AI in business, with the ability to tailor materials to different audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in IT training/learning & development or related role.
• Experience delivering professional virtual training to small groups and large audiences.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Generative AI in a business environment.
• Experience developing or contributing to tailored, role-based learning programmes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual training, workshops and demonstrations for audiences ranging from individuals to large groups and senior stakeholders.
• Develop and refine role-focused learning materials demonstrating practical Copilot applications in everyday working environments.
• Collaborate with programme stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand learning requirements and translate them into effective training experiences.
• Create practical exercises, demonstrations, facilitator materials and learning resources to support adoption of new technology.
• Tailor training approaches to suit different business functions, levels of technical knowledge and familiarity with AI-enabled tools.
• Use business scenarios to demonstrate how Copilot and Generative AI can boost productivity.
• Gather feedback from training participants and stakeholders, using insights to improve content and delivery methods.
• Act as a knowledgeable point of contact during training, addressing questions and helping users apply AI tools in their roles.
