Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking a Copilot Strategy, Change & Adoption Consultant to shape Microsoft Copilot adoption for workplace transformation. You’ll blend technology strategy with change, communications and adoption craft to turn licences into everyday productivity.

You’ll lead strategy and adoption workstreams, develop client workshops, manage small teams, deliver high-quality recommendations, and grow the Copilot portfolio while coaching colleagues.

Qualifications

• Professional degree (Bachelor’s level or above).
• At least 4 years of consulting experience in a major firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and transformation workstreams.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables and recommendations.
• Manage small consulting teams and workstreams.
• Facilitate discussions with business, technology and change stakeholders.
• Translate complex AI concepts into practical business outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
