Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Copilot Strategy, Change & Adoption Consultant to shape the strategic direction for Microsoft Copilot in the workplace and drive its adoption. You will blend technology strategy with change, communications and adoption craft to transform licences into productivity and an AI-enabled workforce.

You will lead workstreams, drive client workshops, and coach teams to deliver high-quality recommendations while expanding the Copilot portfolio and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 4+ years consulting experience in a professional services firm.
• UK government security clearance (BPSS or SC) preferred.
• Experience advising on AI, Copilot capabilities and adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and transformation workstreams.
• Manage consulting teams and project workstreams.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables and recommendations.
• Facilitate discussions with business, technology and change stakeholders.
• Translate complex AI concepts into practical business outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
