Job summary

BCN is seeking an AI Adoption Consultant to help clients realise real value from Generative AI by putting people at the centre. You will co-design and deliver Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption programmes, running structured sessions to build confidence and capability across client organisations.

You will translate complex AI concepts into practical business value for non-technical audiences, and collaborate with governance and security teams to ensure responsible adoption of AI across leadership

Qualifications

• Outstanding communicator and facilitator.
• Experience designing and delivering engaging training, workshops and presentations.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Copilot with enthusiasm for AI.
• Able to translate AI tools into clear business value for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Co-design and deliver BCN’s Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption programme – structured sessions introducing Copilot and embedding a human-centred way of working.
• Run Art of the Possible envisioning sessions and executive briefs to bring practical Gen AI/Copilot use cases to life.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions, translating complex AI concepts into clear value for non-technical audiences.
• Tailor session content to client context, culture and AI maturity, working with the BCN Human+ Lead.
• Support readiness diagnostics and adoption planning across the five human pillars: Leadership, Skills, Ways of Working, Culture and Trust.
• Apply behavioural science and change methods (e.g. ADKAR/COM-B) to drive genuine behaviour change.
• Build and support AI champion networks within client organisations.
• Champion responsible, human-in-command use of AI in line with BCN governance and security teams.
• Track adoption, confidence and business impact to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with data, AI, security and delivery teams to connect human layer to tech rollouts.
• Contribute to proposals, scoping and pre-sales discussions.
