Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK seeks a Copilot Strategy & Governance Senior Consultant to guide strategic direction for Microsoft Copilot in workplaces nationwide. You will define governance and operating licences, ensuring safe scale and delivery excellence while growing client relationships and opportunities.

You will lead complex engagements, shape governance frameworks, and mentor teams, contributing to Capgemini Invent's Workplace AI offering and ethical AI adoption across sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven consulting experience and ability to lead senior stakeholder conversations.
• Demonstrated understanding of AI governance and responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities

• Set the Copilot strategy spanning M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agent Builder, and related ai capabilities.
• Design governance frameworks, guardrails and licence-to-operate models for safe deployment.
• Lead delivery on Copilot strategy and governance workstreams and manage risk.
• Grow the Copilot portfolio and client relationships, coaching teams to high performance.
• Present thought leadership on AI trends and practical investment opportunities.
