Capgemini is recruiting for a Workplace AI & Agentic Transformation Engineer to help organisations transform knowledge management, collaboration, and automation using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform. The role emphasizes AI-enabled experiences, enterprise content, and agentic workflows within a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Experience developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft Graph.
Experience designing and developing Teams, SharePoint Online, or Microsoft 365 solutions with low-code and pro-code approaches.

Responsibilities

Deliver Microsoft 365, Copilot, and automation projects within a modern workplace transformation context.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define outcomes, and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Design and develop enterprise applications and workflows using Microsoft technologies and APIs.
Integrate enterprise systems via APIs, Graph, and connectors, ensuring governance and security.
