Capgemini Invent is seeking a Manager to lead Workplace AI initiatives, driving Copilot adoption and market readiness for UK central government projects. You will shape go-to-market, oversee value-led delivery and coach a small team, balancing strategic and hands-on delivery across governance, adoption and benefits realization.

You will collaborate with Microsoft and Capgemini teams to build pipelines, run pilots and scale governance models while ensuring client outcomes and growth.
