Job summary

The Improvement Service is seeking a Copilot Agent Project Officer to support teams in identifying opportunities for Copilot Agents and help design, develop and implement practical solutions.

The post holder will work closely with the IS Copilot working group and colleagues across the organisation to understand business needs, capture requirements, develop use cases, create and test agents, and promote effective use of Microsoft Copilot tools.

Qualifications

• Strong digital literacy and confidence using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot.
• Ability to analyse business processes and translate requirements into practical digital solutions.
• Experience supporting digital projects or user support in the public sector would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for Copilot Agents and help design, develop and implement practical solutions.
• Work with the IS Copilot working group to understand business needs and capture requirements.
• Develop use cases, create and test agents, and support colleagues in using Copilot tools.
• Assist in creating prompts, knowledge sources and workflows, and maintain project documentation.
