Job summary

The Improvement Service is seeking a Copilot Agent Project Officer to help identify opportunities for Copilot Agents and to design, develop and implement practical solutions across the organisation in Scotland.

The role will work with the IS Copilot working group to understand business needs, capture requirements, create and test agents, and develop guidance and training materials while promoting secure, scalable AI-enabled automation across functions.

Qualifications

• Strong digital literacy and confidence using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience supporting digital projects, business improvement initiatives or user support.
• Ability to analyse business processes and document requirements clearly for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for Copilot Agents and help design use cases.
• Build, configure, test and refine Copilot Agents using approved tools.
• Develop prompts, knowledge sources and workflows; gather user feedback.
• Create training materials and project documentation; identify risks and dependencies.
