Job summary

Güntner Group in the UK is seeking an Internal Sales Engineer to bridge technical engineering and sales, supporting the external teams across the UK & Ireland and coordinating with order management. You will develop proposals, nurture key customers, and contribute to projects from design through to delivery, with training on selection software and CRM.

You will collaborate with local sales, Group internal sales teams and customers, ensuring smooth quotations and accurate project documentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the heating, cooling or refrigeration sector.
• Knowledge of air conditioning, commercial refrigeration, industrial refrigeration, energy and power cooling.
• Experience with CRM systems and project management tools; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist external sales in the UK and Ireland by preparing proposals and presentations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Support order management from design through delivery and provide aftersales support.
