Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of stock ordering and stock control.
• Experience of food preparation.
• Good communication skills, initiative and teamwork.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety / Food Safety legislation.
• Respond positively under pressure.
• Customer focused with a desire to provide high quality food service; flexible for emergency cover.
• Knowledge of menu planning.
