Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Cook in a commercial kitchen.
• Experience preparing fresh, homemade meals.
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh meals including curries, lasagnes, and other homemade-style dishes.
• Cooking and regenerating menu items such as pizzas and chicken goujons.
• Supporting daily kitchen operations in the main restaurant and canteen.
• Maintaining food quality and ensuring meals are served within agreed timescales.
• Following food hygiene and safety procedures at all times.
• Managing stock rotation and keeping the kitchen clean and organised.
• Delivering excellent customer service to staff and visitors.

Pay: £13.45 per hour (weekdays until 8:00 pm) / £17.91 per hour (8:00 pm - 1:00 am)

The Role
