Job summary

Royal London Group in Alderley Park is seeking a COO Business Operations Associate to support the COO function, coordinating activities with SME partners and stakeholders to deliver people priorities, colleague engagement and inclusion initiatives. You will provide clear updates to senior leadership and help track progress across the function.

The role requires strong organisational, analytical and communication skills, with experience in trackers and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities to deadline.
• Experience maintaining trackers and documentation standards (e.g., SharePoint).
• Strong written communication to produce professional materials for different audiences.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable outputs.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and tracking support for People Priorities, DEI and colleague engagement across COO.
• Prepare updates, reports and materials for COO senior leadership.
• Gather and present data from colleague networks and surveys to inform improvement actions.
• Support Early Careers activities within COO, including inductions and engagement events.
• Manage submissions to industry awards and coordinate external communications.
• Support COO representation at internal networks and external events.
