Ryan Specialty in London is seeking a high‑performing, versatile professional to support the COO office across strategic and operational initiatives. This is a hands‑on role working closely with senior leadership to deliver priority initiatives spanning transformation, M&A integration, TOM design and operational improvement.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in consulting or financial services, strong analytical and presentation skills, and are highly organised with excellent stakeholder

Qualifikationen

3–5 years’ experience in consulting (Big 4, strategy, boutique) or financial services industry
Exposure to target operating model design, M&A/integration or transformation delivery
Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and written communication skills
Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage senior audiences

Aufgaben

Support the COO office in delivering key strategic and operational priorities
Translate business objectives into structured reports, deliverables and roadmaps
Prepare executive-level materials including board packs, updates and presentations
Track actions and drive accountability across senior stakeholders
Support delivery of transformative initiatives including TOM design, process improvement, automation and offshoring
Conduct structured analysis to support decision-making
