Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of consulting (Big 4, strategy, boutique) or financial services industry.
• Exposure to target operating model design, M&A/integration or transformation delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel and written communication skills.
• Highly organised and comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the COO office in delivering key strategic and operational priorities.
• Translate business objectives into structured reports, deliverables and roadmaps.
• Prepare executive-level materials including board packs, updates and presentations.
• Track actions and drive accountability across senior stakeholders.
• Support delivery of transformative initiatives including TOM design, process improvement, automation and offshoring.
• Conduct structured analysis to support decision-making
