Job summary

Conveyancing Direct Property Lawyers, part of the Connells Group, is seeking a Conveyancing Team Manager in Manchester. You will lead a team of Associates and Property Lawyers, providing coaching and ensuring high-quality service for clients.

You'll bring qualified conveyancing experience (Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or CILEX), plus previous people management or a readiness to move into management. A collaborative leadership style and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified conveyancer or solicitor with strong technical knowledge.
• Experience leading a legal team and coaching colleagues.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Associates and Property Lawyers to achieve objectives.
• Manage capacity, workflow and performance to meet service targets.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Review files prior to exchange to ensure standards are met.
• Mentor colleagues and build internal/external stakeholder relationships.
