Job summary

Conveyancing Direct Property Lawyers in Manchester offers a hybrid working property lawyer role where you will manage a personal residential conveyancing caseload and guide clients through from instruction to completion.

You will handle around 50 files, draft and review contracts, liaise with agents and lenders, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Are you an experienced Property Lawyer looking for a role where you can manage your own caseload, develop your career and make a real difference to clients?

What You'll Be Doing
