Allstaff Recruitment is seeking a Team Leader/Conveyancer in Leicester for a full-time permanent position. You will lead the conveyancing team, manage a diverse caseload from instruction to completion, and maintain excellent client relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven conveyancing caseload experience.
• Strong property law knowledge and technical skill.
• Ability to lead or supervise a conveyancing team.
• Excellent client care and relationship building.

• Familiarity with modern case management systems.
• Attention to detail and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Conveyancing team.
• Handle a varied caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Oversee freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, equity release.
• Maintain relationships with clients, referrers, agents, and stakeholders.
• Provide clear legal advice while maintaining service standards.
• Monitor workloads to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Contribute to departmental growth through networking and new business.
