Job summary

Clear IT Recruitment Ltd represents a client seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Property Department in Essex. The successful candidate will assist Fee Earners with the progression of residential conveyancing transactions and manage their own caseload under supervision.

You should have at least 6 months' conveyancing experience, be highly organised, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal.
• Experience in residential conveyancing and property law is essential.
• Ability to manage own caseload with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fee Earners with day-to-day progression of residential conveyancing transactions.
• Prepare and draft legal correspondence and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents and mortgage lenders.
• Obtain and review property searches; raise and respond to enquiries.
• Monitor progress, chase information and avoid delays.
• Maintain accurate case files and provide client updates.
