Qualifications

• Experience as residential conveyancing solicitor, fee earner or CILEX professional.
• Proven ability to independently manage a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
• Experience handling freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Confidently liaising with clients, lenders and solicitors.
• Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Review title documents, searches, contracts and property information.
• Raise and respond to enquiries, resolving potential issues.
• Prepare contracts, reports on title, completion statements and related docs.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals.
• Provide practical, commercially focused advice throughout the conveyancing process.
• Progress transactions to meet deadlines and keep clients informed.
• Manage exchange, completion and post-completion formalities.
