Chadwick Nott is recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal in Gloucester. You will join a busy conveyancing team and take ownership of a caseload while working with experienced Property Lawyers in a supportive environment.

The role involves progressing residential transactions from instruction to post-completion across sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build matters. Strong organisation and communication are essential.

• Previous conveyancing experience.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a delegated caseload of residential conveyancing matters under supervision.
• Taking instructions on sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of title and new-build transactions.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors throughout the transaction process.
• Preparing and issuing draft contract packs.
• Reviewing contract documentation and raising enquiries.
• Handling post-completion matters, including Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions.
