Service Care Legal are recruiting an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join a well-established law firm in Chelmsford. Working office-based in Chelmsford, Essex, you will support residential property and new build transactions, manage client onboarding (ID/AML and source of funds checks) and prepare searches, SDLT and Land Registry forms.

The role requires 2+ years of residential property/paralegal experience, strong communication and IT skills, and a proactive, client-focused
