Job summary

Service Care Legal is recruiting a Residential Property Fee Earner or Paralegal to join a well-established law firm in Chelmsford. You will handle and support residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and new-build matters, with client onboarding and Land Registry work.

The role requires residential property experience at fee earner or paralegal level, a strong understanding of conveyancing, excellent client care, and the ability to manage a busy caseload to
