Job summary

Eventus Legal in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, is recruiting a New Client Assistant for a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be the first point of contact for prospective conveyancing clients, guiding them from initial enquiry to onboarding amid a friendly, supportive team.

The role offers a competitive salary dependent on experience, 23 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, a birthday afternoon off, a bonus scheme and wellbeing support. Office-based role with a 35-hour week.

Qualifications

• Experience in a residential conveyancing environment.
• Excellent communication with clients and enquiries.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good IT skills and ability to manage administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls and enquiries from prospective clients and provide conveyancing quotations.
• Follow up quotations via sales calls and build relationships with providers.
• Liaise with estate agents to obtain memoranda of sale.
• Open files on the case management system and prepare initial paperwork for onboarding.
• Provide admin support to the team and cover other departments as needed.
