Eventus Legal is seeking a New Build Conveyancer to join a reputable regional law firm in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. This is a full time, permanent role with a guideline salary of £35,000 to £45,000, hybrid working two days from home each week, and a low volume, capped caseload to focus on quality and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Qualified or non qualified Residential Conveyancer or Conveyancing Fee Earner.
• Experience handling New Build transactions.
• Ability to manage own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Strong communication and organisation.
• Commitment to accuracy and client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage own residential property caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle New Build transactions and liaise with developers.
• Assist with related sale and purchase matters as needed.
• Build and maintain client relationships with clear, proactive advice.
• Progress matters efficiently with deadlines and accurate records.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff as required.
