Qualifications

• Extensive residential conveyancing experience with ability to manage a varied caseload.
• Experience handling freehold, leasehold and new build transactions.
• Strong compliance, file reviews and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Review and report on title; escalate technical or risk issues.
• Supervise and mentor paralegals and junior colleagues.
• Promote best practice and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure service standards, deadlines and team objectives are met.
• Build relationships with clients, lenders, developers, and referrers.
• Deliver high-quality legal advice and ensure transactions progress efficiently.
