Job summary

Realm Recruit is recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing role within a growing team in the UK. You will manage your own caseload from day one with support from a legal assistant, concentrating on fee-earning and client relationships while maintaining a healthy workload balance.

The role offers a collaborative culture, hybrid working, and genuine progression opportunities as the department grows. Monthly reviews focus on development and workload management, not micromanagement.

Qualifications

• Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner (Essential)
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge across residential conveyancing transactions
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from day one with the support of your own legal assistant, enabling focus on fee-earning and client relationships.
• Concentrate on client service while maintaining realistic workloads.
• Caseloads are carefully managed and tailored to the complexity of the work you handle.
