Job summary

TSR Legal in Yate seeks a Residential Conveyancer with 3+ years PQE to join a busy, well-regarded practice. You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload with autonomy while benefiting from a collaborative team and strong internal support.

The role covers freehold/leasehold sales, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions, and shared ownership, with lease extensions desirable but not essential. Hybrid working options available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion

Job Title: Residential Conveyancer (3+ Years PQE)

Location: Yate

TSR Legal are pleased to be working closely with established firms across the South West, on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-regarded, busy practice in Yate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident 3+ PQE Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who enjoys managing their own caseload with autonomy, while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.

The Role

You will be responsible for handling a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Lease extensions (desirable but not essential)

The caseload is varied and good quality, with work coming from a mixture of local clients, repeat business and established referrer relationships.
