Job summary

PYVITAL is seeking a Senior Technical Conveyancer to join a leading UK residential conveyancing team. The role focuses on acting as a technical specialist, guiding colleagues on complex title issues and risk matters while managing a varied caseload.

The successful candidate will mentor junior team members, drive best practice, and ensure transactions progress in line with regulatory and quality standards. Open to office-based work with probation-conditional arrangements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge across the full conveyancing lifecycle.
• Experience handling freehold, leasehold, unregistered and new build transactions.
• Experience mentoring and supervising junior colleagues.
• Solid understanding of compliance, risk management and file reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handle freehold, leasehold, unregistered and new build transactions.
• Review and report on title, identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Provide guidance and support to paralegals and junior conveyancers.
• Support continuous improvement of conveyancing processes and procedures.
