Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with significant conveyancing experience.
• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing, with exposure to commercial property matters desirable.
• Proven experience managing and developing a conveyancing team.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes.
• Experience handling high-value and complex transactions.
