Adjacency Recruitment Group is assisting a leading Cheltenham law firm to recruit an experienced conveyancer to take ownership of a broad residential conveyancing caseload. You will handle sales, purchases, shared ownership, freehold and leasehold matters, while maintaining client relationships and delivering clear, practical guidance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a qualified conveyancer (Solicitor/CILEX etc)
• Able to manage and develop your own caseload
• Ideally you will have a following or professional network to bring
• Excellent technical skills with a strong commercial mindset.
• Strong IT skills particularly case management systems

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload (including sales, purchases, shared ownership, freehold and leasehold)
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and proactively develop new client prospects
• Provide a first-class service to clients with regular communication and updates
• Be an ambassador for the firm externally
