Job summary

GMP Recruitment Agency Limited is partnering with a well-established law firm to recruit a Conveyancing Fee Earner for the Gloucestershire team. The role targets a Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 3–5+ years PQE, handling Buy-to-Let and quality residential conveyancing matters.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver exceptional client service, with a salary of £55-60K for 5-7+ years PQE.

Qualifications

• Must be qualified solicitor, CILEX or licensed conveyancer.
• 3–5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Able to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Interest in property investment is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post-completion.
• Carry out Buy-to-Let transactions.
• Handle residential sales and purchases.
• Oversee remortgages.
• Process transfers of equity.
• Work on leasehold and freehold matters.

We are recruiting on their behalf for an ambitious and client-focused Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their growing Gloucestershire-based property team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 3–5+ years’ PQE who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service.

You will be offered a highly competitive salary based on experience and £55-60K for those with 5-7 years plus PQE.

The role offers a varied caseload with a strong focus on Buy-to-Let (BTL) and quality residential conveyancing matters. Experience in property investment work is welcomed, but not essential — full training will be provided for the right candidate who has a genuine interest in working with investor clients.
