Law Staff Legal Recruitment is seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer for a top client in the Cotswolds. We welcome a Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE.

You will manage a varied caseload from instruction to post-completion, handling freehold/leasehold matters, sales, purchases, remortgages, equity release and transfers of equity. The role offers hybrid working and a supportive environment with clear career progression, plus enhanced pension and health

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in Conveyancing or equivalent experience.
• Experience with freehold and leasehold conveyancing, sales and purchases.
• Experience with remortgage, equity release and transfers of equity.
• Familiar with Right to Buy and shared ownership schemes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied and busy caseload from instruction to post completion.
• Advise on buying and selling houses, draft contracts, and property transfers.
• Handle freehold and leasehold transactions, including remortgages and equity release.
• Assist with shared ownership sales/purchases and lease extensions.
